I’ve been a broadcast journalist turned public relations leader at Pfizer, Cigna and Bank of America. An advocate for consumers to better access health care or financial services to live a good life.
But it’s my lifelong Catholic faith that best defines me. Jesus became my advocate as a young boy in California, my guide through adulthood and multiple job relocations. I learned to find Jesus in others: Catholic discipleship at multiple parishes.
With my wife, Dorothy, we raised two sons and a daughter in Connecticut, each now focused on growing their own family. Our first grandchild prompted a move to Edina in 2021 from the Virginia Beach area.
Today at OLG, I’m a Stephen Minister to men managing change. I lead a small group to discover how to Be Calm Amidst the Chaos. I mentor 8th grade boys transitioning their faith to high school as a Discipleship Group Leader. And, as Lead Lector, I coach lectors on speaking the Word of God at Mass by imagining how it was spoken to a Biblical audience.
Each of us has a unique, lifelong journey on a path forward with Jesus guiding the way. I look forward to enhancing how He meets us on that journey together at OLG, so that this community may better expand our outreach of service and connection with the larger community around us.
