This month our crews continued to put finishing touches in our new building as well as started some new projects all across our campus!
Our new building project is 92% complete! The last of our interior finishes were completed and our crews are starting more work outside of the building. Inside of the new building, bleachers were installed in the Parish Activity Center (PAC) for all of our future Saints games and other parish and school activities. Fun flooring designs have been added to our preschool spaces and our fireside gathering space can’t wait to host small groups and great conversations. Installation of tile, carpet, lockers, cubies, and millwork is nearly complete. Outside of our new space, installation is complete for curb lines, drain tiles, and two retaining walls that establish the different play areas and spaces for our students. This month we also gathered special messages, prayers, and memories that will be placed in the building’s time capsule. What a special gift to future generations that will reap the benefits of this great project! Next month sidewalks will be poured, fencing will be installed, and our team will begin landscaping.

We are so thankful for your patience during this time of construction and the temporary disruptions they are causing on our campus. Temporary construction walls have been installed for our largest projects which include new church bathrooms and the kitchen plus cafeteria in the school. Demolition has begun and we are excited to see these spaces take new shape! New sidewalks and parking lot islands are being installed with new high energy efficient parking lot light standards to ensure safer pick-ups and drop-offs of our students while walking to and from the new building during the school year. These projects started the first week of June after school let out, and we can’t wait to show you more updates as the projects continue.
